Andrew Bauer, MD
Dr. Bauer will be developing the first and only neurosurgery driven endovascular program for the entire Front Range. In addition, he has extensive skull base training specializing in all aspects of vascular neurology.
Dr. Bauer received his medical degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Following his neurological surgery residency, he received his MBA from the George Washington University School of Business. Dr. Bauer then proceeded to complete a fellowship in endovascular neuroradiology from the Cleveland Clinic.
As a neurosurgeon, Dr. Bauer has spent the last 10 years training in all aspects of care for complex cerebrovascular and skull base pathologies, including surgery, radiosurgery and endovascular procedures. Has a gained competency in all areas of neurosurgery including surgery for spine (traditional and minimally invasive), trauma, tumors and vascular malformations.
Dr. Bauer is excited to be joining Boulder Neurosurgical & Spine Associates where his goal is to continue delivering high quality neurosurgical care in a patient-center model.
